Accessing Your Sessions
- Go to the My Sessions page to manage and track all mentorship sessions.
- You’ll find Paid Sessions and Introductory Sessions listed separately, each with clear status indicators.
Paid Sessions
- Scheduled – upcoming sessions.
- Completed – sessions that have been finished.
- Pending Confirmation – waiting for the mentor to confirm the session.
- Cancelled by Mentee – the session was cancelled by you; if done more than 24 hours in advance, it does not count as missed.
- Cancelled by Mentor – the session was cancelled by the mentor; they should offer a reschedule within 7 days, or bundle extended by 3 days if no suitable time is available.
- Missed by Mentee – you did not attend the session without prior notice; the session counts as delivered, no reschedule or compensation.

Missed by Mentor – the mentor did not attend; you may receive a 3-day extension to your bundle and other remedies according to platform policies
- Cancel or reschedule paid sessions following the rules in bundel policy.

Introductory Sessions
- Statuses: scheduled, pending confirmation, not moving forward, cancelled, missed, completed.
- You can cancel an introductory session.
Once an your session is completed, you can submit a review.
Use filters by status or mentor to quickly find specific sessions.
