# Manage Sessions 

> Manage all mentorship sessions in one place—track upcoming and past sessions, review pending invitations, confirm completed sessions, and filter by status or mentee.

  Go to **My Sessions** page where you manage and track all mentorship sessions.

## **1. Upcoming Sessions**

* Shows sessions scheduled within the next 72 hours.
* You may cancel, but cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. *(See Bundle Policy – Section 7)*.

## **2. All Sessions**

* Displays your full session history with status updates.
* Use **Filters** (Sort by, Type, Mentees, Status) to quickly find specific sessions.

  Any session booked here automatically updates your availability calendar.

## Pending Invitations

* Introductory session requests appear here, waiting for your review.
* Check the mentee’s form before accepting:
  * If the info looks fake or spam → reject with a reason.
  * If you accept → the session is added to your calendar automatically.

  Pending introductory session appear under **Pending Invitations**.

  Its your resposibility to review the mentee’s submitted form befor the session

## Pending c/onfirmation 

After a session ends (Introductory or Paid), it moves to **Pending Confirmation**:

* **Introductory Sessions**:
  1. Update the session status.
  2. Submit your decision (approve continuation or reject).
* **Paid Sessions**:
  * Update the status accordingly.

  **Important:** Always confirm sessions promptly after they end to ensure accurate bundle progress and on-time payments.

**<u>2- Submit your desicin for intro sessions ( Approve or reject )</u>**

## **Session Types (Booking Focus)**

* Introductory Sessions (20 minutes, free) – Mentees explore your profile, submit a short form, and must attend an introductory session for bundle approval. Bookings must be at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 2 weeks ahead. \*\*

  <Warning>
    Introductory sessions are limited. Mentees get just 3 intro sessions per month.
  </Warning>

* **Paid Sessions – Mentees with active bundles can book directly using your paid calendar**
